DESIGN AND EXPERIENCE
The Shoreline is a brand new multi million Euro development project composed of top-quality residential apartments and upscale retail elements set in Smart City, Kalkara, Malta. With a footprint of 14,000 sqm, The Shoreline will comprise of a mix of 370 residential units and a 25,000 sqm shopping mall on 2 levels and located right on the water’s edge. Close to Kalkara, a small town on the eastern coastline 1.5km south of Malta’s capital city of Valletta, The Shoreline is located along the picturesque and scenic coast between Xghajra and the Grand Harbor in Valletta, in a safe and car free environment with extensive open spaces for outdoor activities, yet just 10 minutes away from Malta International Airport. Of note and close by are the historical Three Cities, hosting marina facilities up to superyacht size and having a wealth of history and culture.
SMART CITY
The Shoreline is a brand-new development in an existing masterplan approved by the Malta Government Authorities in Smart City. It shall upscale the area from a mere ICT-oriented zone to a harmonious blend of offices, residential and retail spaces. The Shoreline is synonymous with a serene lifestyle in this emergent part of Malta, close to Valletta, the Three Cities and the airport. Smart City enjoys a Specially Designated Area status and therefore values a significant potential for foreign investors who may be interested in owning apartments at The Shoreline.
THE EXPERIENCE
Forming part of The Shoreline community has its perks, with commodities such as restaurants, shopping centres or underground parking open to the public. Yet there`s so much more to it for residents. The development will also incorporate a large and beautiful pool terrace and a sheltered underground car park. The pool terrace will be reserved for the exclusive use of The Shoreline’s lucky residents.
As part of the commercial section of The Shoreline, a shopping centre Central Plaza will be the heart of the entire development featuring a spectacular glass dome which will flood the shopping mall’s courtyard with natural sunlight. The Central Plaza will also act as the access point to the food hall and more than 44 retail and pop-up shops.
